Server page restyled in the site's look

Browse Source 
- Header with back button, server card with status badge, Listing card (expiry, days left, renewal window), Activity tiles, WeTime table in the home style
- Inline CSS only; qrcode.min.js dropped (unused); bal.js pager renders prev / page / next buttons
