<h3>Proof of Ownership</h3>
|
|
<p>Any request to modify a listing (including URL changes) requires proof that you control both the domain and the server. We reserve the right to request a message signed with the private key of the UTXO used for payment before processing any changes or refunds.</p>

|
|
<h3>No Refunds After Payment</h3>
|
|
<p>Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain and the server is listed, no refunds will be issued. Always verify that your server URL is correct and reachable before submitting payment.</p>

<h2>2. Ranking</h2>
|
|
<p class="sub">Servers are sorted by descending balance, then by ascending base fee for ties, then by descending points.</p>
|

<h3>Primary Sort: Balance</h3>
|
|
<p>Servers with a higher balance appear first in the list. A higher balance signals stronger commitment to the network.</p>

<h3>Secondary Sort: Base Fee</h3>
|
|
<p>When two servers have the same balance, the one with the higher base fee is ranked first.</p>

|
|
<h3>Points & WeTime</h3>
|
|
<p>Points are earned by participating in WeTime rounds. Each executor periodically submits its block hash; the faster the response within the same block, the more points awarded. The win count tracks how many times an executor was the fastest responder.</p>

<h3>Deposit Threshold</h3>
|
|
<p>All deposits below <span id="thr-min">50,000</span> sats will be considered donations and will not increase the balance.</p>
|

<p>All servers with a positive balance will be listed.</p>

<h2>3. Balance Decay (Daily Fee)</h2>
|
|
<p class="sub">A daily maintenance fee applies to the top 10 executors on each chain to keep the system active and fair.</p>

|
|
<h3>How It Works</h3>
|
|
<p>Once every 24 hours, if there are at least 10 active executors with a positive balance on a given chain, the system deducts 1/365 of the lowest balance among the top 10 (rounded up) from each of the top 10 executors. All deductions are recorded on the blockchain.</p>
|
|

<h3>When It Applies</h3>
|
|
<p>The decay only activates when there are at least 10 executors with a balance greater than zero for that specific chain. If there are fewer than 10, no fee is charged.</p>
