Adds COMPATIBILITY_ROADMAP.md explaining why multisig and TrustedCoin (2FA) wallets are unsupported and the proposed solution path.

This complements COMPATIBILITY.md (current state) with root cause analysis, the PSBT coordination approach for multisig, the empirical test plan for TrustedCoin, and recommended work order.

Closes the documentation gap flagged in PR #5 (same branch, fork target).
