Move the explainer preview to English names, English first

- preview-2a86b5/ replaces anteprima-2a86b5/ (removed): index.html (full), simple.html (simple)
- audio folders renamed: voice-it/en/es and voice-full-it/en/es
- the pages always start in English; language buttons EN, IT, ES
- still hidden: noindex, not linked from the site

...
