svatantrya 3b2eed37cc i18n: fix Babel format-string error on the heirs wizard text 
The literal '%' in "100% of wallet balance" was detected as a Python
format specifier (%o in English vs %d in the translations), so
pybabel compile failed and the catalogs could not be built. Reword to
put '100%' at the end of the sentence and refresh es_ES/it_IT.
